Yes. Our entire Build on Your Land program is designed for clients who own — or are about to purchase — a lot in Hilton Head, Bluffton, or the surrounding Lowcountry. We start with a complimentary land evaluation.

How long does it take to build a custom home in Hilton Head?
Most of our custom builds run 12–18 months from design kickoff to final walkthrough, depending on complexity, permitting in your community, and selections.
Do you handle permitting and POA architectural review?
Yes. We manage all permitting through the Town of Hilton Head and coordinate directly with community ARBs in Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Wexford, Spanish Wells, and beyond.
What financing options work for building on land I already own?
Many of our clients use construction-to-permanent loans that leverage the equity in their existing lot. We can introduce you to lenders experienced with Lowcountry custom construction.
